The Domaine des Ormes Limited Company, managed by an executive and a supervisory boards, the capital of which is € 346.432, entered in the trade register of St Malo as B 310 173 240 000 14, and the administrative headquarters of which are located in Epiniac, 35120 DOL DE BRETAGNE, FRANCE, organizes a free game (no purchase or order necessary), from the 1st of April to the 30th of June 2008.
Participation to the Domaine des Ormes competition (no purchase necessary) is open to any natural person of age having access to Internet, except staff of the organizing companies, of the trading partners and the organizers of the competition.
If any of the people listed above enter the competition, they will not be allowed to claim their prize in the event of their being drawn by lot.
To enter the competition, you are asked to register from the 1st of April to the 30th of June on the following websites: http://www.lesormes.com or http://www.lavillehuchet.com. You have to fill in the compulsory fields of the form displayed on the web page and valid it.
Only the participations by Internet on http://www.lesormes.com and http://www.lavillehuchet.com will be taken into consideration. Any incomplete or erroneous registration will be considered as null and void.
Only one registration per person (same name, first name, e-mail address or postal address) will be allowed for the duration of the competition for all the websites proposing this competition.
If a participant does not respect these current rules by validing several registrations, he/she will not be allowed to claim his/her prize in the event of his/her being drawn by lot.
The Domaine des Ormes competition is strictly reserved for people over 18 years old.
The winners will be informed by e-mail mentioning all the relevant information concerning the conditions of obtaining prizes. Prizes will be sent by the Domaine des Ormes Limited Company.
Prizes will be handed in to the winners for the 15th of May at the latest. The deadline to claim for prizes has been fixed on the 15th of August, 2008. After this date, the unclaimed prizes will remain the property of the organizing companies.
The allocated prizes are the following:
- one week in an apartment at Domaine des Ormes for 4 people to the value of € 940
or (according to the website which the player was registered on)
- one week in a 2-bedroom mobile home at Domaine de la Ville Huchet for 4 people to the value of € 499.
Lots will be drawn among the valid forms by Mr Simeone, a bailiff, or one of his associates, during the week following the end of the competition to determine the winners.
The organizing company reserves the right to shorten, amend or cancel this current operation if needed, according to circumstances. It would not be liable for any change mentioned previously.
The competition can be suspended, extended, postponed or cancelled, partly or totally, if required by circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, such as a serious technical failure on the network.
This competition is exclusively accessible by Internet on the websites of Domaine des Ormes’ partners.
The winners authorize the organizers to use their names, addresses, animated (or not animated) pictures, voices and their written documents in advertisemnets for the various partners, in the newspapers, on the radio, TV and for any advertising campaign without this use giving right to any other advantage or compensation.
According to the 78-17 Act of the 6th of January, 1978, the participants to the competition have the right to have access to their personal details given to the organiser in the course of the competition and can amend them at any time. The participants can use this right and/or oppose this data being passed over to any other organization or company, provided they send a written requestto the organing companyat the administrative address mentioned in the article 1 of these current rules.
Taking part to this competition implies the plain acceptance of these current rules subject to the French Law. No dispute can be taken into consideration after a period of 2 months after the end of the competition.
Reproducing, representing or exploiting all or any part of the various elements of the competition is stricly forbidden. All the quoted brands or names of products are trademarks registered by their owners.
The rules are lodged with the Montel-Simeone-Segura-Simeone Company of Associate Bailiffs, 1, rue Bonnefoy, 13006 Marseille. A copy of the complete rules can be sent (free of charge) to any person willing to get them, provided they send a written request to: Domaine des Ormes, Epiniac, 35120 DOL DE BRETAGNE. The postal stamp used to send it can be refunded on request on the basis of the economic tariff for a letter under 50 g in effect in France.
In case of expense, any participant can obtain a refund corresponding to the duration of the competition on Internet, on the basis of a 3 minute connection at the economic rate of €0.15 fixed by France Telecom. This refund claim shall be sent by postal mail to the address mentioned in the article 6 including the claimant’s bank details and a written letter indicating the date and time of the connection, at the latest 30 days after the end of the competition, the postmark proving the date. The stamp used for this request can be refunded by a written notice on the basis of the economic tariff for a letter under 50 g in effect in France.
Only one refund claim can be accepted per participant and per evelope (same name, same address). Uncomplete requests will not be taken into consideration.
According to the present special offers (free connections or fixed price packages) proposed by the Internet access providers, it is expressly stipulated that any access, free of charge or included in a fixed price package(like connections by cable, ADSL or any other specialized connection), and used to connect to the websites to enter the competition, will not allow any refund, as far as the subscription to the services of the Internet access provider has been contracted by the net surfer for his/her general use and as any further expenses are caused by the registration to the competition in this case.
